The Barrow HH team is pleased to announce that our first laser thermoablation treatment for a patient suffering from HH was performed in December 2012. Although we have been using this technology for several months on other neurological conditions, it is the first time it has been available to us to treat an HH patient. The patient spent one night in the hospital and was discharged in good spirits the day after surgery.

Use this blog to ask any questions concerning this treatment.
